"Allison has assisted us twice by obtaining planning permission for difficult listed building projects. Allison quickly turned our thoughts into design ideas and solutions, while providing clear updates at every stage of the planning process. Highly recommend."

The positioning was carefully considered, maintaining a suitable distance from protected trees and meanwhile providing a retreat, with large covered decking area that allows for the space to be enjoyed throughout the year.

Listed building consent has also been granted for the Stable to replace the existing slates, rainwater goods and rooflights on the west wing.
