An attic conversion and extension to an upper flat in the centre of Edinburgh, for a growing family. An additional two bedrooms and study area have been created by introducing a new internal stair, converting an existing attic and forming a rear extension with a series of new rooflights, allowing for views across to Murrayfield Stadium, Arthur’s Seat and a glimpse of the Petland Hills. A large skylight is also positioned above the new stair well allowing light to flood the central circulation space.

"We are over the moon with our attic extension which has given our growing family the space to stay in a home and area in Edinburgh that we love.
